I cleaned my carpet myself several times over the years. My carpet cleaner was no longer working as well as I like and it was leaving solution and dirty water in my carpet. I brought in Zerorez to clean the residue of previous cleanings. I am pleased with the results and feel my carpet is clean. Jason was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

The technician that came to our house was amazing. He walked through the entire home and explained things while he went without trying to push me to purchase additional services. No tricky upsales, or telling me I have some hidden stains that will cost extra (like other companies in the past have done). Zerorez is respectful of your time and this is our 3rd time using them and will continue as long as we have a need.
