I have used Zerorez for many years and always had a good experience. Cleaners do a good job.

So glad we had Zerorez over again as our carpets were overdue for cleaning. It looks so much better but there are 3-4 stubborn areas that we can already see coming back in. We'll need you out again at some point but, as seniors, it's no small thing for us to pack and move furniture to get ready for this.

I think the Zerorez cleaning system does a wonderful job cleaning the carpets and in an environmentally safe way. Scheduling an appointment is easy and they are on time for their appointment. Darien the servicemen I worked with was knowledgeable, polite, and courteous. He listened to my concerns and got right to work. Darian is a wonderful representative of your company. He is "good customer" service personified and is a great role model for the rest of the service staff.

My service technician, Darius, was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He did a fantastic job on our carpets which extend over three floors and include dozens of stairs. Although they are nearly 15 years old, after this service, they look nearly new! This was my first experience with Zerorez, and I will definitely use them again.

I cannot remember our technician's name, but he was fabulous, wonderful. He went out of his way to give suggestions and be helpful. Both husband and I extremely impressed with company and this fellow. I will definitely spread the word. Far and away superior to the last company we used. Reasonably priced.

Lucas was polite, prompt, and understanding with our questions. He had a difficult area to clean and explained beforehand that he would do everything possible to take care of it. He told us he called to ask his supervisor for advice, as well, when the area did not completely come clean.
