We have always had great service with Zerorez. Yesterday the tech was not the best representative of the company. He argued about helping to move a sofa and loveseat. My husband had to move the dining room table by himself as well as the living room furniture. He neglected to use corner protecters until we asked him and he then went to the truck and got some. He put no risers under the furniture to keep it safe from the damp carpet. He then said he could not use the scrub brush on the carpet, it was for tile floors. The other thing he did was discuss how he is paid and asked that we send in the survey with all 10s because it affects his pay. He did a fine job Cleaning the carpet and it does look great. I just feel he was highly inappropriate and a little on the lazy side.

I am rather sensitive to some odors so I really like that after I have my carpet cleaned by Zerorez, I don’t have to wait for the smell to dissipate.

Upfront pricing and the gentleman who cleaned my home was so nice.
