We were very happy with our service. Our technician worked very hard and tried to hear what we were saying and addressed our concerns. He asked me how I liked it while it was still wet and I told him I wanted to wait until it was dry to give my opinion. First off, I was extremely pleased with how fast it dried, that was amazing. Secondly, how nice the carpet looked after it had dried. I know my carpet is old and was a challenge but my technician stepped up and took care of us. He is an asset to your company. Thank you!

The technicians, Ron and Ryan, that cleaned our carpets were outstanding. They were courteous, professional and friendly. We inspected all areas of the carpet that were to be cleaned and they showed me areas of concern and clearly described my options for getting the most out of the cleaning and for the longevity of the carpet. One of the clear advantages of using Zerorez is the ability of walking on the carpet immediately even though it takes 4-6 hours to completely dry. We give Zerorez a high recommendation.
