The service people gave me some good information and were very good at what they do.
This was the first time I used Zerorez and I'm thrilled with the work that they did. My carpets, area rugs, and upholstered chair look so much brighter, and the stains are gone.
Jeremy was the one who did the work. He explained each step of the process, was sensitive to the fact that we had cats in residence, and worked really hard for the whole time he was here. I love the fact that the cleaning process is pet-friendly. There was no chemical odor or soggy carpets after he was finished. Will definitely use them again!
