Anthony was very informative and told me about what he was going to do and how the process worked with the Alkily water and how they did not use soaps and that soaps leave your carpet stiff and then the soaps absorb things.
Toby came the following week and he was just gussing with information - I thought he was a scientists since most of it went over my head. I do email and fax blasting daily and I am hi-tech computer but this guy had a passion for his carpets and procedures. He was telling me how a carpet that is light will dull and a carpet that is dark will do something else. I am not into carpets. Thats why I called ZeroRez.
Both guys were sincere, trustworthy and polite in their passion for there job and very knowledgable about carpets.

Fresh & clean
Zerorez was everything I expected. I really liked the confirmation email informing me about the service and what I needed to do in preparation. I also liked that my carpet specialist called giving me a 20 minute heads up before he arrived. The carpet cleaning took about 30 minutes and then my carpet specialist added a protectant application. The dry time took a little longer with the extra addition, but I know in the long run, my clean carpet will last longer. He was able to remove a 12 + year old sticky carpet pad residue with just one application of a precleaning solution. I also have pets, and I appreciated the pet/environment friendly cleaning. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends.
