Professionalism.
After the carpet dried, there wasn't that "crunchy" feel like we've had after other companies cleaning services. The ZeroRez techs, (Gerry and Hudson) were very professional, courteous and friendly. I've already recommended them to several family members.
You get the carpet clean and leave no residue.
One negative comment. You cleaned some sofa cushions for us and some of them were left stricked.
The technician seemed very knowledgeable and skilled, and was very efficient. The carpets looked practically new when he finished! We were particularly impressed that he was able to effectively treat and restore an area that had been heavily damaged by pet use.

We taught the two guys were polite, deticated to what they were doing. They viewed what we needed to have done and explained what they could not do. My carpets look great and I got a couple pamphlets to pass on to the people that were interested in my outcome. So yes I will wait a couple weeks to see if they remain clean looking. Great job guys!!
Your representative on the phone was courteous and informed. The young men who cleaned the carpet were very polite and worked quickly. The carpets look great. There is only one tiny spot that they didn't get in the living room. It is kind of early to say that I would recommend Zerorez to someone. I would like to wait for 2-4 weeks to see how the carpets look then before I strongly recommend Zerorez. So far so good!
Customer service is most outstanding
Fast, professional service. I do feel the price was high, but I would recommend and/or use again since I've been disappointed with other companies. However, I know many friends who would not be able to pay your higher prices. And I would only be able to pay your prices every few years instead of every year.

The cleaning solution worked well, as did the crew that applied it. I was a little concerned
when the technicians left because of several humps in the carpet, but after 24 hours the carpet dried and everything looked normal. Vary happy with the results.

My chiropractor, Peter Petropulos, recommended Zerorez to me because of my chemical allergies. After Raymond left, there was an odor in the living room from the loveseat and swivel chair, but there didn't seem to be any in the family room with the recliners. He did need to use a small amount of rust remover on one cushion, so perhaps that's what caused the odor. I'm running my air purifier in the living room, and haven't noticed any negative health effects. I'm assuming the odor will disappear once the pieces have dried.

I liked that the technician showed up during the time-frame I was told. I also liked that he didn't try to "upsell" me for products/services that I didn't need/want. The carpets came out cleaner than I've ever seen and still look great. I've had other carpet cleaners in and the carpets never came as clean as I'd liked and looked dirty again after a couple of months. Thanks!
