My carpet was clean and dry in the time they said it would be... which was impressive. I was prepared to deal with wet carpet all weekend. Only it was dry later that same day! It wasn't crunchy either once it was dry, just soft and clean! The gentlemen that came out were professional and tidy. There was no mess to clean... I will definitely have them out to clean my carpet again :)

Our carpets were in pretty sad shape. Our dog had left his mark in a few areas and had recently gotten into some chocolate. There were about five or six really bad "chocolate vomit" stains on our very light colored carpet. There are virtually no signs of those stains any more. The carpet looks almost new again and even though the cost of the service was was expensive, we most likely won't have to replace our 12 year old carpets for another year. Our technician was extremely thorough and took his time to work on the problem areas. He was very polite and respectful of our belongings. We would highly recommend your company to anyone that needs carpets cleaned.
