While I paid >2x what I have paid for in the past for carpet cleaning, I feel that my carpets are cleaner than they ever have been. I had several areas that I was sure would not come clean, but they look great!

My carpet dried quickly and it felt clean and soft

everything...the cleanliness of the carpets now and how they look 6 months after they are cleaned. Ease of scheduling, promptness and professionalism of the crew. I would suggest that if the crew sees other opportunities in the home for cleaning to bring them up e.g. wood floors, furniture, etc. Educating the customer on possible other services or needs could lead to add-on sales...just don't do it in a "sales" pushy manner

Excellent service and cleaning. We have older white carpets with 3 kids and a Labrador Retriever - they needed serious cleaning. I would use Zerorez more frequently, but you are easily the most expensive carpet cleaner.

Employees really friendly and very professional. They did an incredible job cleaning our carpets and with owning 3 dogs they were pretty bad. Now they look brand new.
