Adam was AMAZING! He worked hard during the time he was there and was willing to share his expertise and describe the benefits of zerorez vs. other treatments I had used in the past. The Zerorez products effectiveness and the end-results far exceeded my expectations. The carpet was given a second life. My mother was witness to the process and the transformation. She has ranted and raved about Zerorez to all her friends about the end-results of the condo carpets. I just like it all. I did find that the carpets were still damp the next morning. I expected that even though the fellow from Zerorex said they would be dry in about 4 to 6 hours. You may need to address the accuracy of that. We had them cleaned Thursday around 3 pm and they were dry this morning (Sat) when we got up. That is about what I experienced last time I had you come and so it wasn't disappointing or alarming - just that on Thursday the fellow didn't use an accurate guess - - not even close - - 24 hours would have been closer than 4 or 6.
