the carpet cleaners were very courtious and check our carpet for unusual stains before even doing the job a pointed out some stains that needed extra cleaning solutions and gave a price.

I was shocked that he was going to cut his fee because he was late..A VERY few minutes...Is that how to build a "good JOB' attitude... with your workerrs..I was notified he might be a bit late . When he called me he asked if I wanted to cancel the job!! He had never seen the job..(Customers are often wrong in estimating sizes, and traffic is totally unpredictable. The carpet is very clean, including the high traffic areas. If feels soft, not "crunchy" like it usually does when the carpet people are finished.

I like that you rinse the carpet. Your techs are great. I do not like that I have had to have you come back every time to reclean by my front door. It is inconvenient to have to wait for the tech multiple times.

The techs were on time and friendly, the carpets looked good (especially for being almost 10 years old) and it was really fast.

I appreciated the fact that the serviceman would call me over periodically to ask if I saw something that he might have missed or to point out wear and that it was going to look different from the less worn carpet so it wouldn't be construed as not being cleaned.
