Once again, I called upon Zerorez to help my carpet look, feel & smell so clean & new-like!! This is the 3rd time they have worked at my home. Great cleaning method....no wet, lingering smells when they finish. The excellent phone voice, help and willingness to help or Jenny was so evident and welcome. Excellent face of the company. Victor was such a nice, helpful, young man. Had suggestions, ideas to keep costs down for this senior citizen. Another great experience! Will definitely return next year!

Our technician, Dennis, was so friendly and did such a good job on our carpets. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it, and showed us before and after areas in our bedroom! Cesar was a fast and hard worker. Everything is clean. He got all the stains out. I liked the fact that he said if any stains come up later, just call and he would come back and clean those. No stains have resurfaced.
