We were so surprised by how nice our carpets looked when you were done. We were ready to replace them but now there is no need! The entire service was so fast and the gentlemen were courteous and obviously cared about doing a great job. We have used the same carpet cleaner for the past 25 years but we have a new service now.

Products seem to work great, and your technician very personable, informative, and helpful. A few spots still show up under black light, but overall a great job.

I like the fact there are no harsh chemicals being used. My serviceman was Tim, he did a fantastic job. He knows what he's doing and can explain and expand on the service and offer tips. I will request him for my future work.

NO CHEMICALS!!! No chemical smell!! No chemical residue!! I can walk on a clean, soft carpet shortly after and not have it sound crunchy beneath my feet. The technicians do their best to get all the stain out. Your promotions are fantastic.

Our technician was great and we are happy with the results we see thus far. The only thing that was hard to take was the pricing. We knew we had some large decontamination areas and we were expecting the pricing to be higher than the $350 we were originally quoted, however, not sure we were expecting it to be $1,000 higher.

We have pet urine in our carpet and Zerorez put an enzyme on the carpet and so far, it hardly smells like pet. The gentleman that cleaned the carpet was super nice and we are very happy with the service we got and plan to use you for future carpet cleaning. Thank you!
