Very quick and efficient and the carpets look wonderful - without the use of chemicals, even better! I had a few tough stains and your team removed without any issue.

Also, the price is right, good attention to detail and very professional staff.

Rolando was very prompt, friendly, courteous, and thoughtful. We have dogs, and he was very kind and patient with them. We really appreciated that. He was also very careful to keep our entryway clean, and he was very professional and polite. A great experience. Thank you!

I I was drawn to Zerorez's water-only treatment as my top priority is having minimal toxicity.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent results with their chemical-free process. They even removed a bright pink stain.

I was also impressed with the knowledgeable and friendly technician who called when he was 30 minutes out and arrived on time despite a heavy snowstorm.

Nice work! Will absolutely recommend and use again.
