Rolando provided excellent customer service, he told us what services he could provide prior to beginning the work and what the results could be. The carpets look wonderful after he completed his work. Our only disappointment were the stains we hoped could be removed were not. It certainly was not because Rolando didn't try, he was extremely committed to trying to make those stains disappear, unfortunately his efforts were not successful.
