The guys who came (Hayden and Josh, I think, sorry, can't remember) were great. Very professional, yet friendly. They were helpful and honest about my options for cleaning my couch after my cat had urinated on it. I appreciated that the costs were discussed in detail before I made my decision to have them proceed. They did an excellent, and thorough, job. And fast, too! I wouldn't hesitate to hire Zerorez again.

I did not like the extra charge for water and purification, it was not mentioned in the call for the appointment and was not an expected expense. You should identify this charge before going on an appointment with the client unaware of the extra charge.

Technician arrived at the stated time; set-up was quick and efficient (I especially liked the bumper guards!); and... he got the spots out! Almost makes me wish we had more carpet in the house...
