On time! Yea! Protected my corners, friendly. I,ve used them before and I will certainly recommend them to others. I especially noticed around my " sitting" chair how bad it had become. As I was watching I was shocked at the difference where the technician had cleaned. My carpet is old, but it sure cleaned up nice. Thanks Vance

I like Ricky Brown the technician who cleaned my carpet. I have had him before and will only ask for him in the future. He is very knowledgeable and does a superb job in cleaning my carpet. He is one of the mainreasons I use ZeroRez.
I really like the fact that there is no residue left on the carpet after cleaning. Competitive pricing, excellent results and friendly knowledgeable technician.
