I was very pleased with the work performed by Rick he did a wonderful job and my floors look great. I am not sure what kind of equipment was used or what type of solutions was used for cleaning the carpets but They came out wonderful they look terrific and I am very pleased.
As a side Note in regards to Rick the technician he did a great job I must say and I thank him wholeheartedly for coming out so quickly and getting my carpets into shape. He was courteous and professional and I thank him again for a job well done.

NUMBER ONE THING I LIKED: Rug was extremely dry to all others I have used.
Rug was clean. He worked hard on the area rugs and I appreciated that.

Lack of chemicals to clean carpet. Was able to remove stains. On time for appointment. Professional. Good price for work done. Note: I have used other carpet cleaners in the past and while they did a good job, the residue they left behind definitely attracted dirt to my carpet. I came back to Zerorez and am glad I did.

I liked a free estimate with no obligation to purchase a service. I was so thankful that they wore shoe covers to protect the carpet and keep my house clean.

Your technicians are great, very professional. Your scheduling staff needs help. Twice we have had our schedule screwed up. Times wrong, left off the schedule but the experience in the home has been great.
