Whats not to like----no soap residue, polite staff, carpet looks like new, most of the water extracted therefore dries quickly. I would never use anyone else and Scott is the BEST.

The thoroughness of your technician, Seth. When some stains reappeared after his first he came back to retreat the area. Though it appears that the stained area cannot be restored completely, we feel he has done all he can.

Dominic was very professional and explained all my options and didn't pressure me to do more than I wanted. He did an excellent job. I appreciate the ease of making an appointment, not havingto wait weeks to get it. There are no chemicals and no odor afterwards.

Carpet is very clean and dries in 4 to 6 hours.

Josh did an excellent job and was very professional.
On time, very courteous and helpful. The representative put on booties and gave me a pair to use after the cleaning. He also stretched out a small area that had formed a ridge. No other rug company even offered that service. The rugs look terrific. Thanks
