The technician (Wynton) was very professional, polite and careful in addition to doing excellent work. We're happy he came. (Don't know if there will be another page, so here I'm expressing my one disappointment -- not really related to the work done: We had two small rust spots on our carpet which their "super rust remover" could not remove. This reflects the nature of the stain itself and has no bearing on the company or their work.)
