I liked everything about it this time. Last time the technician went very fast and didn't get the carpet as clean, in fact, it looked the same after he left as it did before he came. This time the technician went far beyond anything I expected. He went over the dirtier spots several times and even had me look at them to see if I was satisfied. He took a lot more time with it than the last technician and it really did look cleaner this time. He was also very polite and seemed eager to please. He even called the company to see if I could use my $25 off coupon and they let me use it, even though I had forgotten to mention it when I made the appointment. So this time I was extra pleased with everything, and I will certainly recommend Zerorez to anyone I happen to talk to about it.
