Doesn't leave a residue/isn't chemical. Carpet looks great. Kenny, who was the technician who came out, was very careful, thorough, and very personable. I enjoyed meeting him and the carpets look good, though they were very dirty and should have been cleaned long ago.

We listen to KOA 850 AM every morning. The add for Zerorez is always talked about with great results for carpet cleaning. Our carpet is five years old and we had a another company clean our carpet in it's second year. We were very dissatisfied with the cleaning and called the company back. They never were able to remove the black stains they put on our stairs. So! We called Zerorez and Kenny come to our home right on time. I showed Kenny our big problem with our stairs and the other areas that needed cleaning. Kenny was very professional in every way. Explaining what he would be able to do for us. We never thought that the black stains would ever come out. How happy my wife and I were when the job was finished. No more black stains and our carpet looks like new.
