The service provider was on time, he was in good communication leading up to the scheduled appointment time. He explained how the service worked and also taught me a few things about stain removal. My carpets were clean and soft after using Zerorez!

We love the fact that Zerorez is totally committed to being a green cleaner! So happy not to be breathing the chemicals used by most other carpet cleaning companies. After Dennis Mikawa cleaned our carpet, it looks cleaner now than when we moved in.
Dennis explained how the science works to clean our carpet and was extremely personable and professional! Thank you Dennis!
