The tech was very pleasant. He did let me know what he was going to do prior to doing it. He did a very good job. The carpets are still a little damp today but it appears most of the stains are gone for now. Hopefully, they will not return as the carpet dries and we walk on the carpet.

A last-minute cancellation initiated by Zerorez a couple days before (when it was originally scheduled), apparently because of equipment problems on the van scheduled for my cleaning, was inconvenient. I understand that these issues can happen, but Zerorez SHOULD HAVE offered me a discount. It's disappointing Zerorez overlooked this basic customer service and customer retention policy . . .

Cream carpeted stairs came out like new both times. Cream sofa was a little more tricky. I think there is still some soiling that didn't come out but it's better.

The person that came out to clean did an excellent job! He was on time, friendly, and very careful of our house. The carpets came out very nice, and with no perfumy smell.

Overall, I am usually satisfied on the carpet cleaning in my two small bedrooms and hallway. The stairs always look great after cleaning; my favorite part of Zerorez. I was informed that the black residue on the edge of my carpet in certain areas are from the furnace. So, I have accepted that and the tech tries to get some of that up without scratching the baseboards. Techs are courteous and professional.
