Joe did an excellent job. I had some confusion on whether he did the pet treatment or not but after he explained it to me I understood. I really appreciate his assistance and knowledge about your process and how to fix the carpet stain issues I have. I have used you guys for several years now and he was the most friendly and helpful and knowledgeable technician I have seen. Thank you and your team for your help. I will be in touch in about 6 months to a year for my next treatment!

Not only do the machines technology do a great job of extracting dirt, but just as important is the removal of chemicals that were from previous steam cleaners. Tech was very knowledgeable on product and technology.
