Your tech was great!! I called your office today to let you know one spot has reared it ugly head again and asked for a tech to come back to try and clean this area (which is very small) again. I was told that if spot remover is needed, there will be an additional charge.

It was my understanding that if the tech thought spot remover was needed, it would be applied prior to the initial cleaning.

I was greatly disappointed in this service that I had been looking forward to for months. I expected to be left with stain-free carpets that felt, at least close to new. What I ended up with was very similar to what I had before we had the service done. We had stains from our dogs, but when we asked if there was an additional service needed to get them out, our service provider used the black light to check and said it wouldn't be necessary. We are now a few weeks post-service and have found 2 of the old stains and one new one, even though we had Scotch-Guard put on our bedroom carpet. I feel like we wasted money, and I hope there is something that can be done to make me feel like we weren't cheated. My goal was to find a treatment that didn't have harsh chemicals, so you've been my first choice for a long time. However, I'm wondering if the chemicals may be necessary to achieve the result we are seeking.

The technician was friendly and courteous, informed me of what he felt my carpet needed, and left my carpets looking relatively stain-free.

Charge less for very small hallway.

I was happy with the service provided by the technician, Tristan, at Zerorez. He cleaned the carpet and foundation where we had removed the carpet. All floors were cleaned well, and he was very helpful and friendly.

I like that there are no harsh chemicals & I like the employee who came to my home. He was very professional & courteous & worked hard, even going over a particular stain 3 times. The carpet looks much better now, but the proof will be in whether the soiled spots reappear in time.

Don’t feel that I received the service I asked for. Requested the four room cleaning and was told that I couldn’t get that.

I had my carpet cleaned and was very pleased. I have been using Zerorez for many years and I have never been unsatisfied with their service, professionalism and manner. They are always within the time window arriving and call to let you know 30 and 10 minutes arrival time. I highly recommend their services.

No complaints about the service tech, he worked hard & really tried, but couldn't remove any of the stains /spots. It did lighten them some but did not remove them. Also the carpets weren't just damp, they were wet & took overnight to dry enough to replace furniture. Frankly, we were disappointed instead of satisfied.
