I loved how it left my carpets.
William was my technician. He was very nice and professional. If there was water spots on the floors he cleaned as he finished that spot.

Carpet looks marginally better than it did before. The pet smell is still very strong. It was under the impression that the carpet gets retwisted no indication that this was done. Very disappointing.
