Good for people with allergies.
Everything looked great and we are totally satisfied. It only took alot longer to dry then expected. Actually, some parts of the carpet are still not dry 48 hours later.
Everything seemed great, but it was very expensive. My carpet had pet stains, so I paid extra for the pet stain treatment. Now the carpet looks clean, but the rooms smell like dog pee now. I don't know why.
It took a long time for the carpets to dry.
The up front manner in which Terry and his assistant attacked the problem areas. Terry was able to remove some spots the previous Zerorez technicians were not. Now my carpet is like new. Thank you.
I have used Zerorez several times and have always been very pleased....until now. Our carpet was cleaned on Friday, 1-20-12 in the afternoon. We were told that the carpet would be dry by 7:00 that same evening. Saturday, 1-21-12, it was still wet. We then noticed that the spots that were to be cleaned were still there. As the carpet continued to dry, it became apparent that none of the spots had been cleaned. I honestly think that the cleaning chemical was not applied. This has never happened before. We have always been pleased with the cleaned carpet. Needless to say, I called Zerorez Saturday, 1-21-12 and left a message. I took pictures of our UNCLEANED carpet. I will gladly forward them to you. I expect for someone, NOT the same technician, to come and reclean our carpet.
The people are the best! From the phone all the way to the service people and especially customer service. It's nice to be able to talk to a person and have a resolution immediately to any concern. Keep up the excellent work.
No chemicals and Philip explained everything thoroughly before he steered and did a wonderful job
More clarity on pricing.
Technician did not help move furniture and I had to move them by myself, and the cleaning left dark streaks on the carpet.
Luke was on time, courteous, clear with pricing options, professional and helpul. Could not have asked for more.

No chemicals
The tech showed up on time and did what was needed in a polite, informed manner.
Dear Zerorez,
Had my carpets cleaned and the quality of the cleaning was exceptional.
However, I asked about furniture moving and was told that couches and chairs would be moved which they were not. In your email “Your Upcoming Appointment” it states that “technicians will move a few pieces of light furniture for you upon request”. I didn’t realize that it was so literal. Really, do I have to ask that a litter box be moved? In another room, I cleared off everything off the night stand, and it was not moved. Granted I did not specifically ask for that piece to be moved. But I thought that by removing everything from it that would be imply it should be moved.
It is my suggestion for future emails regarding “Your Upcoming Appointment” it should read “ONLY pieces requested to be moved will be moved.” As in my opinion this more clearly represents Zerores’ position.
On your receipt it states "I have walked through and inspected all services performed by my technician etc. How can you put this on your receipt if the customer doesn't get this until after the technician has left?

The tile and grout look much better. A few places were missed, but overall I am very satisfied with the work.
It's all about price and the circumstances involved in the move. In our case, the much less process is not as good as Zerorez but we are moving and money is very tight.
Love how my carpet dried soft instead of "chrunchy" like companies that use detergents.
The carpet really looks clean, almost like new BUT my little dog did get sick, twice, during the night - which she has NEVER done before -- I had kept her outside while carpets was being cleaned and till dark that evening........ I had asked the representative if safe for animals, "oh yes, no reaction as no harsh chemicals" -- MAYBE just a fluke..........
