Clean water based steam that’s is a superior clean and doesn’t use harsh chemicals. It helps my allergies too.

I have tried numerous carpet cleaning companies. Satisfactory ratings as least. Zerorez finally began service in my area and it is without a doubt the best one hands down. Their cleaning process is very thorough and makes your carpet looks and smell new again. They are the only ones I use now. Outstanding results and the staff are always accommodating.

I have used Zerorez numerious times and each time the service has been excellent. This last service call was probably the best, the outcome of the cleaning was fantastic and at a very reasonable price. I'll certainly continue to use Zerorez in the future.
My carpet has more yellow spots after getting the cleaning. The cleaning was done very fast. I sent over pictures and I have not gotten contacted back so I have to take time out of my schedule to now Call y’all back to see when y’all can come back out.

Finished too quickly 30 minutes. Asked if pretreatment. Faster than previous rep with same room service. He said it would be lighter the next day.

Need to pay Attention of what you are servicing. The guy did not do a good job. He did not even rack my carpet so it looks like new. Also what ever he used did not clean the carpet at all.

I will start with how very reasonable your prices are and how professional and friendly the staff are. This last service I received was also great, however, it took less than 30 minutes to do 3 rooms and a hall. I pointed out some areas that needed extra love. They are much cleaner than before but some dirt remains (to the naked eye). A little extra love was needed in just that one area, in my opinion. It also seems that the first couple of times I received cleanings, the tech brought carpet fans. I have some fans that I placed around my house, so that wasn't a game changer. Just spending a little more time on the job I think would result in a finer end result.
