Quoting process was quick and professional. We had two other companies here quoting and they took a long time and over-explained their process.

Mario with ZeroRez was quick, friendly, and efficient. On the day of my appointment, he called me to ask if I was okay with him showing up early due to a cancellation. I was available, and he was at my house within 15 minutes of the phone call. We've had some issues with pet messes recently, and he explained my options well and was not pushy about adding on any additional services, which I greatly appreciated. It was a bit pricier than some other companies I had previously spoken with, but the experience with ZeroRez was far more pleasant and efficient, which makes it worth the extra cost, in my opinion. I will be using ZeroRez from now on for carpet cleaning and am considering using them for air duct cleaning as well due to how pleasant and easy the carpet cleaning experience was.
This is my third time using Zerorez throughout the years, and I've been satisfied by the results. From my area rugs, to my furniture, it feels like I have just purchased them, because they came out like new!

Attention to details when quoting prices to customers. The quote I received over the phone was not the price I paid when the rep came to my house. Same exact work I explained over the phone was not calculated correctly when given the quote.

We have always had a good experience with Zerorez. The technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning company we have used since moving to Texas 13 years ago.
When giving the price to clean carpet all your additional fees should be included and not added on at the end.

I had my ac cleaned, I specifically asked if I needed to cover anything to prevent debris falling from the vents and was told no (with some explanation about the machine) when I came home there were several area including over my couch that had to be vacuumed. I had an issue with the technician “not being able to get to a vent” which once I got home I realized was a little ridiculous but whatever next time I will just use a company that specializes in ACs not just cleaning carpets and also ACs
Alberto was the BEST!! He came in, got to work and was fast but EXTREMELY thorough.. EVERY one of my stains are gone!!!!
