Easy schedule
Was supposed to get the sanitizing spray and the guy said I didn’t get it and needed to pay an extra $175. Uhh, no. It’s on your website that it comes with the cleaning. At the end of the day, it just wasn’t worth it, just like your carpet cleaning. A rip off really.
I have tried dalworth and Stanley steemer, this is truly the first time my carpet look amazing and smells really fresh.

The technician was very polite and efficient. The carpets look great! My hesitation comes from the fact that my window of arrival time was between 3:30 - 5:30. He arrived at 7:30 PM on Friday night. I was not pleased with the late arrival.

Techs were on time and very gentle with the furniture pieces that were cleaned. They were very thorough with each piece and cushion, taking their time. Paul also answered any questions I had and informed me of all the services Zerorez performs. Top notch experience!

Too expensive than I thought would be.
Our technician, Eric, was amazing! We have used Zerorez before but he was the first technician to really walk us through what makes the product different. He even played a video for me that showed an iodine test and it was awesome! He also took great care in cleaning our vents/ductwork and took the time to show me video of what he was doing and explain that process as well. We could not be happier!

2 areas that needed to be treated were missed. It was hard to see and it was more of a feel than a see as the carpet was stiff in these areas but maybe an initial feel of the carpet area would help
