Said they could be at my house for the 1st appointment at 8am but then called & said the technician would arrive by 8:29am. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if I didn’t have to leave for a funeral service by 9:30 & I had called a few days before to figure this out or reschedule.

We paid extra for the pet order removal $75X3, left to go out of town for the weekend, came home and the pet urine smell is still there. Nothing against our technician, Matt was fine, but the product/process didn't do what it had promised. The carpet is this room is in excellent shape otherwise.

Did great job my carpets look so clean

The serviceman was very nice and on time however I had to leave (he was in an unoccupied home) so I was not present for the work done. When I returned the carpet still smelled like dog. There was dog hair visible. I found small plastic pieces. I don’t know if the carpet was really even cleaned. It didn’t smell clean.

We've used Zerorez twice. Both experiences were wonderful. On the latest visit, our rep was a great, engaging guy. The results were great, too.

You tried to leave without doing the 100 sq ft of tile and then charged me for extra tile that you did not clean.

We loved how quickly the carpet dried! Our technician was very informative and did a wonderful job as well!

I was already to give you an excellent review until I got up the next day and saw a spot I thought was cleaned on my carpet. The technician did a sample clean on the spot and I thought the part he showed us the spot was removed. I told him to continue on with the cleaning. My fault I didn’t check the spot. But the next day that ugly spot was there. Sooo I went and bought some Oxyclean and used it on the spot. The spot is gone; gone because I cleaned it!!
The other thing that I am disappointed with is you offered tile to be cleaned. But because it was not mentioned in his review at the beginning of the cleaning this never happened!! He told me I should have mentioned it before he had cleaned the other rooms. Okay; but the last time you come to clean my carpets and free tile was offered supposedly the machine broke and I didn’t get my tile cleaned then either. Is the tile cleaning a scam??? I paid you almost $400 and I got my own spots up and no tile cleaned. If you were me would you recommend you? v

There was no odor in the cleaning solution ! the man who did the work did really talk a lot :( ;
the van parked in front of my mailbox......so my mail wasn't delivered.Other than that it was a very positive experience. I'd have 'em back and ask the worker not to 'visit' so much.

Always can expect a very professional job with courteous technicians.

The technician, Ricardo, was very neatly dressed and well groomed. He was congenial and very efficient in carrying out his task.

For what I needed, he completed the job in one hour.

Even my 8 year old apartment carpet looks new again-thanks, Zerorez!!

Your tech was good & tried to clean the mess he made on my hardwood floors, but when dry it was a mess & I had to clean them.
