I paid for the pet treatment and was told the odor would be gone. It actually got worse. Also the stains were still visible. I don’t see how this any better than regular steam cleaning. In my opinion this service was nothing more than very expensive steam-cleaning and sorry to say not even as good.
I am very disappointed and feel like I’ve wasted my hard earned money ($345).
less chemical and drys faster
My carpet is clean, looks so much better. No awful smell that makes my son's asthma flare up. Carpets are not soaked. They dry within a couple of hours. Best part is all the technicians have been awesome. Polite, caring and hard working. My technician moved my furniture and put it back. Good value for the cost. I would recommend to anyone looking for their carpet to be cleaned.

The technician spent less than 5 minutes cleaning one of our three rooms. Very disappointed and will not recommended Zerorez.

After making our carpets worse, it took two more visits to come and correct the damage your company did. And when I asked for a refund of service for our time it took our ofnour day to make these two additional appointments (one of which his Dad missed a baseball game) all that was then offered was $50 off our next service and a gift card to a steal house 30 miles away. That’s all we get for paying y’all $400 and having to make 2 additional appointment. Those items should have been offered long before I requested a partial refund. We have spend a lot of money with your company and that’s all you offer for providing subpar service. My word of mouth is much more powerful then this.

Very reasonable for the quality
I love the fact that no harsh chemicals are used. Tyler did a great job and was very quick. He even arrived earlier than scheduled which was appreciated. The carpet throughout our home look very good once cleaned.
Unfortunately, he must have misunderstood when I directed him where to park the van with the equipment used for cleaning. Upon attempting to leave our home, the vehicle became stuck in our front yard. There are deep ruts where the front and rear tires were stuck as he attempted to leave the front yard.
A tow truck was called and had to drive across the front yard in order to reach the van. Now the front yard is a bit of a mess.
