The carpet technician who came to my home was Kevin! He made it clear from the start that he wanted me to be happy with the job he performed. He did a wonderful job on my old stained carpets, paying a lot of attention to detail in helping me get cat spray smell out of the carpet. The landing of my stairs was particularly bad nd he spent extra time on that area to assure it looked so much better than when he started. I am really impressed with his dedication to a job well done! Thank you!!!

I had my carpets and one piece of furniture cleaned by Zerorez. I think the carpet and stairs turned out very nice. When they cleaned the couch it was drenched and during the cleaning process water was everywhere. Even on the side table. I had to run and get numerous towels.I think the tech should have used a tarp or a piece of plastic under the furniture. If I had hard wood floors it could have really damaged them. I have laminate so I was able to clean it up. Also where the equipment comes in the house a tarp should be covering the flooring to protect from drips!

I would use Zerorez again but will oversee next time before cleaning starts! Maybe additional training is needed.
