Excellent customer service and on-site technicians
I like the water based method and time that Paul took to make sure the carpet looked really great. What I didnt like was that the truck had to be on while the cleaning took place. Two hours of the truck being on isnt very environmentally friendly.

Everything your company said they would do they did. The technician Mike called me 30 minutes before he arrived, he arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour appointment. He confirmed the work to be done and then efficiently and professionally cleaned and treated my carpet. The carpet looks and feels like the day it was installed. This is the second time I've used Zerorez. I love that they are always on time and that they are very professional. Also, both times, the service people will take extra time if there is a spot that is difficult to get out. I will use them again when needed.

The best cleaning of carpets, tile and granite I have ever had. Usually technicians are prompt and communicate the time of arrival (some problems with my visit on Tuesday.) Have used Zerorez for over 10 years and have referred many family members and friends.

Zerorez did a fabulous job on my recent carpet cleaning. The technicians, Alex and Jesse, were on time and worked very hard to make our 20 year old carpet look brand new. I will be using zerorez in the future to clean my sofas and air ducts as well as any future carpet cleaning. Great job! I highly recommend them.

I was amazed at the Improvement in my oriental carpets. Your staff was great. My only issue was putting damp carpets on my hardwood floors, but they understood and hung them outside. The carpets are gorgeous, especially the silk.

ZeroRez is an amazing company. We used them recently to clean the common area carpets in our 4 floor building. The carpet is 20 years old with some deeply set in stains. Other companies could never remove the stain completely, however Zerorez came in and said "no problem"!!

I need to evaluate over time but if the carpet does not get soiled as fast as with other carpet cleaning, I will always use Zerorez. The young man who did the cleaning seemed to be pulling a lot of old soap out of the carpet which is good. He was polite and efficient.
