Professional cleaners did a great job. They were polite and easy to work with.

We've had our carpets cleaned several times by Zero-Rez and have always been pleased with the results. The products used are highly effective, and it's comforting to know that they are non-toxic and will not harm us or our pet bunny.

Also, the employees are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous (Troy Karren cleaned the carpets at the rental we just moved out of in Redwood City; he was awesome and fast! The carpets look great!)

Carpet really came clean, great job on the stains. I like that only water is used. Wish the pricing was a little more standardized.

No soap is used but the carpets turn out so very clean. I wish they'd dry a bit faster but I'm really not complaining.

Great job! I have light color carpet and stairs, they are so clean now and the family heirloom wool entry hall rug looks new. I had the carpet cleaned before I had a Pot Luck for 50 fellow community band members following the Memorial Day parade which ends a few blocks from my house. I was so pleased to have the carpets clean and fresh for this annual event. Recommending you to friends and anyone who mentions carpets!

Friendly service, promptly arrived at 1:30 p.m. Workers came right in and started their job without interruption.

24 year old carpet looks great and feels soft. I like that it is not sopping wet after the service and drys quickly.

Removed the urine stains from our young dog. Odors almost all gone. Our service provider was top notch and very responsive. Timely response and worked extremely hard. The overall product and service leaves previous providers like Stanley Steamer in the proverbial dust.

The representative called when he was on the way to our home. He was on time, professional and explained cleaning of an older carpet will remove the dirt and spots but not the wear patterns. He treated the spots and the cleaning exceeded my expectations.

I was not home when my carpets were being cleaned. When I walked into my house after being out of town, I noticed 3 things: my carpets were the cleanest any carpet cleaner had ever done; there was no chemical smell; the carpet was soft and cushy. We appreciate the use of chemical -free cleaners that are not only safe for humans and pets, but presumably earth friendly as well. The men who came to clean were friendly, courteous and did a complete job. Very satisfied.

Very professional. On time and finished quickly.

A fair price and very good quality (excellent value). But, more inportantly Mike Willimas and his associate Robert were very professional. Mr. Williams condiucted himself as a seasoned pro and both men have pleasant personalities.
