The technician arrived promptly and did a nice job in cleaning the carpet.
The staff was courteous, on-time, very neat, efficient, work was well done, and trustworthy.
I like the fact that there are no toxic chemicals used and it still does a great job. Alex and Jesus were great.

was doing. I am always satisfied with the work. Thank you
No residue
Professional and pleasant employees that take the time to explain the service. If they cannot be on time they call to let you know about revised schedule.
Your technicians worked very hard to get all the soil out of both the carpets and the couches. They look really good - better than most times when I've had cleaning done in the past.
You exceeded my expectations by getting all the spots out of my carpets. Jesse was on time and very professional. I'll definitely use your service again.
As I understand, there is no soap and harsh/toxic chemicals. That is always a good thing. Carpet cleaners were efficient and very communicative.

I like the efficiency of the technicians when they arrive and that no soap is used. My house smells fresh. Although, I wish your trucks were less noisy.
Clean cut and pleasant service.
Alex was great. He did a thorough job at cleaning my carpet. He took pride in making my carpet look the best before he finished.
Good service, friendly helpful representative, great cleaning, smells good
The carpet looked really nice. We have in the Living room carpet that is 20+ years and needless to say it does not get daily traffic, but it really cleaned well. Stairs also.
Our other rooms cleaned well and eventhough it is only about 5years old it has a lot more traffic and it left some grayish places, but still it cleaned up well.
they do a great job!
The guys were on time, friendly and professional. Johnny and Jerry were the team that came out. Johnny explained everything he was going to do . The clean smell of the products was the first thing I noticed. They did a great job and were hard workers. Carpet came out great ! Only negitive thing is Jerry did not really move any furniture around so some small area's weren't done, but that area was stain free, so i let it go. I was very happy with the results. Thanks for a job well done !
My guy called well before his appointment time to give my an estimate of when he would be arriving. And surprise, surprise, he and his assistant showed up up eight on item.
Effective cleaning, efficient service, and no arm-twisting sales tactics. Very satisfied with the results!
The service gentleman was very agreeable and pleasant. He seemed to know what he was doing and answered questions. He was willing to go over a couple of places that we requested. We are happy with how the carpet's came out. Bobbi Last name removed
Great results!
No soap or chemicals - I have 5 cats and that's of primary concern.
Your associates did a wonderful job..very knowledgeable..pleasant and on time..I would prefer you not use my name..
very personable young man. he was informative. His work was professional. He was careful of my home.
The two cleaners were very nice and professional. My carpet looks great!!! THANK YOU!!!!
Scheduling was easy. Customer service was great - knowledgeable, responsive, etc. The estimate over the phone was simple. The cleaning crew was on time, called ahead to let me know and they were gone when they estimated they would be done. It's been a couple weeks since we had our very old, rental house house carpets cleaned and none of the old stains or "shadow stains" have come back. Very pleased with the results.
