Client Testimonials
Quality, professionalism and price
Fast prompt and did a good job!
The team was neat, polite, friendly and knowledgable. They did a great job. I was ready to have my dining chairs seat pads recovered because no carpet cleaning company wanted to clean them because of the surrounding wood. Your Zerorez team assured me that it would be no problem and it wasn't. They are beautiful and look like new! I tell everyone one that I will not have anything but Zerorez clean my carpet again.
The technician was on time.
I love the way it made the carpet feel. It feels clean, soft, and fluffy. It had never felt soft like that before with other carpet cleaners.
It is very clean! Much cleaner than when I had it steam cleaned. Also, it was almost dry the same night. Excellent service. Very good techs that did the cleaning. They were careful about my very scared cat too.
Staff was on time, called me before they got to my home. My carpets look and feel great. They were able to get rid of pet smells. Staff lead found a credit card I did not even know that I had lost and placed it on top of my bed. He notified me that he had found my card and where he had placed it. I am very thankful of staff professional and honest attitude. Great job and I would and will highly recommend your company.
natural, complete helpful staff

Clean guys, Neat workers, No BS, No huge attempt to upsell.
On time, called to say +/- Schedule..
Courteous.
the service is superb and the work is much better; who cares for a friendly face if the carpets don't come out clean and days later, the same spots appear; met prez of zero res on a cruise; everything he said about service has been proven; we are life long customers and I tell people about zero res when the opportunity arises; the best carpet cleaning services I have ever used; in fact, I am convinced the cost of carpeting is cheap when you consider what zero res can do to get rid of stain s of all kinds ; please freely use my name

Larry and Ed were friendly, personable and professional. Our carpet hasn't looked this good since it was new twenty years ago. Even with the cool weather, carpet is completely dry 24 hours later. They also did a great job on a chair I tacked onto the order at the last minute. Will definitely recommend Zerorez and use you again. Thanks guys!
On time, no chemicals, fast, great job!
Easy to schedule. Very quick. Good job.
My carpet looks wonderful today, and it is 10 years old. However, last night it was still quite damp after 12hours. It doesn't seem to me that it would be good for the carpet or the pad. The serviceman who cleaned my carpet was extremely nice.
I like that no toxic products are used and that I consistently get good results from the service.
1) Cleanest carpet I have ever had!
2) Friendly people!
3) ALWAYS on time!
4) Excellent communication!
5) Fair prices!

Did a very good job and the price was good
Very professional and friendly workers. Fantastic job!
The commitment to green cleaning. Your service personnel were professional and personable. My carpets and sofas look great and my home smells fresher.
I thought Paul was just great. I think you should strongly consider him for management....or give him a raise. Often carpet cleaners that I've had in the past were not the nicest people.
He was so nice and did a good job explaining it all to me, and got the carpet nice and clean, and moved a few small pieces of furniture that I asked him too, so he could get at the stains. ( I am in my 70's )
My only negative comment is, how LOUD the truck mounted equiptment is during the process. I was hoping my neighbors weren't bothered by it. People complain about leaf blowers making noise so it was a concern. I imagine the truck mounted equiptment does the best job tho.
They did a great job I would use Zerorez again and will recommend to others!
Loved the workers! Nice, friendly and efficient.
Excellent
Zerorez is great! They were able to work with my schedule, did a great job, and left the carpets looking better than they had ever looked. With other carpet cleaning companies, the carpets end up feeling crunchy and stiff after cleaning, but Zerorez does not leave anything on the carpets that makes them feel strange. Greatest carpet cleaning company ever!
That the products do not leave resido in the carpet. I liked that the service was great and the carpet was cleaned in a timely manner. I liked the fact that a stain in my daughter's carpet was not supposed to come out, but it did. The carpets looked marvelous. Thank you.
