I picked your service because I didn't want to be overwhelmed by strong chemical perfumes, for me they are a significant eye/nose irritant.
The orange peel based pre-treatment was not a problem for me even though I am pretty sensitive. At first I was skeptical of the "natural" nature of the pre-treatment. Many cleaning products described as "all natural" such as some "green" laundry detergents still have an overpowering odor that I can't stand. However I was pleasantly surprised to find the smell did not aggravate my sinuses and was gone by the next day.

I like everything about Zerorez. From making the appointment with Kim to phone calls before arriving. Larry and his associate doing a friendly get down to business job. The quality of the job is extremely good. I use to use Chem dry for many years. Now it is Zerorez the floor stays cleaner longer. Also a place on the carpet that use to reapear is gone. The young man taking care of the carpet was very nice and efficient. It will take about 6 months to determine if the process is as great as I hope it is. Sometimes it takes awhile to see if the carpet "attracts" dirt.
