So far, so good. Previously I had been using a good carpet cleaner and the carpets were clean when he left however within a short time, the spots were back and looked worse. After listening to your adds for quite a while, I finally decided to give Zerorez a try. I thought your technician was very professional. He called to let me know he was on his way, and arrived at the time I requested. He worked very hard and offered good suggestion for maintenance. My carpets look great and seemed to dry pretty quickly. He also gave me shoe covers which are a tremendous help. If those same spots don't reappear in a few weeks, I will know your method really works and I will be calling you back every 6 months or so. So far I am very very happy with your work and your employee. I think your whole operation is very professionally run.

The old carpet and my wingback chair are not only very clean, it smells better---cleaner---in my apartment. Your tech. Mike, was polite, mannerly, and asked questions about the carpet and its stains before he set to work. His recommendations and directions were clear before, during, and after the job was done. It was not a "quickie" job. He was here for an hour or more for two small rooms and a chair. And then, the carpet was absolutely dry within twelve hours, much less time than with other, less expensive, shoddy carpet care businesses. Thank you for your excellent service!

To be completely honest, the best thing about Zerorez is your associate Tony. He's been to my home three, maybe even four times. He is very helpful, does an awesome job, VERY thorough, suggests other items to be cleaned that I hadn't even thought of, but also, he remembers everything! He seems to always be in a great mood and is the most sincere and respectful person I've met in a long time. He's also so careful while being in our home and he's also sweet to my two little dogs. Lastly, he calls before he comes to our home and has never been late. Honestly, Tony is awesome and I hope he continues to service our area! Thanks Again Tony, you're the BEST!

My carpets are cleaner than they've ever been with other services and they're much softer than they ever were following other companies' treatments. I hope to find that the stain prevention spray that was used will help prevent further staining from our pets, which is our greatest challenge.

HAVE A PROBLEM! The service men were timely, polite and hardworking, BUT, there was a spot on the top of my ottoman that didn't budge-at all. I don't think they used a pre-treat?Very disappointed in that! Would you consider redoing the top of the ottoman?

They are green, effective, and the stains don't come back from carpets.

I picked your service because I didn't want to be overwhelmed by strong chemical perfumes, for me they are a significant eye/nose irritant.
The orange peel based pre-treatment was not a problem for me even though I am pretty sensitive. At first I was skeptical of the "natural" nature of the pre-treatment. Many cleaning products described as "all natural" such as some "green" laundry detergents still have an overpowering odor that I can't stand. However I was pleasantly surprised to find the smell did not aggravate my sinuses and was gone by the next day.

I like everything about Zerorez. From making the appointment with Kim to phone calls before arriving. Larry and his associate doing a friendly get down to business job. The quality of the job is extremely good. I use to use Chem dry for many years. Now it is Zerorez the floor stays cleaner longer. Also a place on the carpet that use to reapear is gone.
