Client Testimonials
Your technicians were pleasant & professional. They really did an excellent job at cleaning our carpets. They even removed stubborn stains. Very pleased with the experience. We'll be using you again in the future.
The efficiency, competency and effectiveness of the product. The service provider (Paul) was willing to adjust my job, and put down pet cleaner, because I only needed two rooms doing for the price of three. I thought that was considerate.
How even very dirty carpets - loaded with soap residue from previous cleanings - are suddenly amazingly clean!
no sales pitch; the person arrived on time and was courteous; reasonable price; great results.
Not sure what you used, but man it does work great.
Promptness and Service were excellent. Both employees who showed up were pleasant and professional.
The crew was friendly, ontime, very professional and left me with a feeling that it was a good value for the charge.
organic , quick process, good cleanup
The Zerorez team (I believe one was Paul but I can't remember the other team members name) was very thorough, professional and extremely conscientious in cleaning our carpets. good job
Technicians are very professional in skill and manner. Zerorez's empowered water cleaning method is the best--cleans so well and does not attract dirt. Only necessary to have your service once per year for cleaning carpets, chairs, and sofas. Forty years in my house and I have tried every known carpet cleaning service. Zerorez is the best.

Almost all of our stains came out.
It works!!
Great job getting dog stain out of rug but the one 5' X 8' has dried so that one whole side looks much darker than the other and it was not that way before and seems not to be the area effected by the pet stain, I tried vacuming to change the nap butit has a very defined line of light and dark, can it be re-done?
Service was excellent. Communication prior to appointment to arrival time. Prompt, efficient and so far I'm very pleased with the cleaning.
Carpet was not too wet and very little smell.
They did a great job. As always.
