They took the extra time to install corner guards when running their hose lines and ensuring the best possible treatment for stain removal. The representives have always been very respectful and courteous. The zerorez cleaning solution that I use for sptting in between cleaning is works very well. I like the fact that they take the dirty water with them! Also I am really happy that they rake the carpet after cleaning.
