Positives: being able to schedule online, courteous and responsive phone operators, friendly and efficient carpet cleaner.
Negatives: given 4 hr appt window and carpet cleaner didn't show til 4:15! Confirmation email states that carpet cleaner will call 1 hour before appointment, but I was only given a 15 min. notice....and then he was 15 min late. Not all the spots came out of my light-colored burber carpet!
As promised you called an hour before showing up and actually arrived on time, as scheduled. Toni and Rosario were friendly, knowledgable and efficient.
No chemical odor left after cleaning. People who did the work were absolutely wonderful!
