I liked the fact that the company was into 100% satisfaction and I needed to have the technologist return for a retreat(ask for Adam Bishop) and he returned and worked relentlessly to remove a very bad urine stain from my cat and it was remarkable what he did and the processional way he handled the issues onsite. The technician I had was very nice and worked hard, however, when the sofa didn't get clean after the 1st pass,he quit and put his stuff away. I had to ask him to do it again. I think your technicians should keep working at it until it gets clean without me having to tell them. Then after he did the 2nd pass, the cushions were much cleaner, except for the corners he was holding onto. I spent an hour today cleaning the corners of the cushion since they were obviously dirtier than the rest of the cushion.
