Zerorez came to clean my carpets and drapes at the earlier end of the four hour 10-2 slot which worked out well for me in terms of drying time before I expected company. When I asked Gilberto if he had moved the arm chair and cleaned the carpet that was under the chair, he admitted he had not cleaned under that chair and proceded to do so immediatedly.I was also pleased with your pricing--$134 for 3 rooms and $125 dollars for my drapes are very competitive. Gilberto was an industrious worker and was eager to please.

The representative was very nice and professional. I informed him i was having issues with the mohawk carpet with stains and wear and i iwas referred to zerorez certified cleaner for mohawk. My son works at bay area floor and has been working with their rep to replace my ccarpet under warranty. He did his best to remove stains and was very helpful. My son will contact you. I still have some stains coming up. I have the best protected carpet pad. So i have been dealing with mohawk for awhile. Thank you for your help.
