Very professional both during the initial phone call by me to Zerorez and the men called
shortly before arriving at my home to let me know they were almost here.
The job was done in 1 hour and the 30 year old carpets almost look like new.

I like that you do not use soap in your cleaning solution, but I was a little disapointed in the cleaning after the cleaners left I found a couple of spots that the steam loosened up but were left with a sticky film.

Zerorez technicians are professional and very knowledgeable about carpets and carpet cleaning. I have tried every carpet cleaning company in the last 50 years. Zerorez and their trademark activated water, retards soil attraction, unlike other companies that use soap and chemicals. Ed was our technician on April 9, 2014. He did a very professional and excellent job.

Not only does the product work but I had some challenging stains from pet urine and they were very accomodating and were wiling to return no charge to retreat the 2 areas. Adam really knows his carpets. Just explain what your concerns are and they will explain everything in detail and tell you what exactly to expect. No surprizes and prompt.
