I know it was a cold damp day, but I think it took way to long to dry, had it done
on Monday March 31,and just felt like it was total dry this morning, April 3rd.

with a newborn on the way and a three year old...a safe chemical free carpet cleaning was in order. the carpet dried quickly and most of the stubborn stains were gone! lastly, the technician worked with us to clean as much carpet area as possible.
Your staff is excellent…from the minute your call is answered until the service people finish cleaning the carpets. We enjoy working with each and every one of you. There is follow-up before the appointment and after which is terrific.
