I was very happy with the service I got from your company. Your serviceman (Edward ) was here on time and did an excellent job. We had just finished painting and he took care that the hoses not hit any walls. He was very polite and very professional...a real asset to your company.

Positives: being able to schedule online, courteous and responsive phone operators, friendly and efficient carpet cleaner.
Negatives: given 4 hr appt window and carpet cleaner didn't show til 4:15! Confirmation email states that carpet cleaner will call 1 hour before appointment, but I was only given a 15 min. notice....and then he was 15 min late. Not all the spots came out of my light-colored burber carpet!

The service and professionalism of your technicians are bar-non. I have used a numbers of good carpet cleaning companies, but non are as good as zerorez! I am very pleased with the out come every time and the carpets stay cleaner longer with the approach that you use.

What do you like about our products and services?

no residue.
The technician I had was very nice and worked hard, however, when the sofa didn't get clean after the 1st pass,he quit and put his stuff away. I had to ask him to do it again. I think your technicians should keep working at it until it gets clean without me having to tell them. Then after he did the 2nd pass, the cushions were much cleaner, except for the corners he was holding onto. I spent an hour today cleaning the corners of the cushion since they were obviously dirtier than the rest of the cushion.
