I know it was a cold damp day, but I think it took way to long to dry, had it done
on Monday March 31,and just felt like it was total dry this morning, April 3rd.

The Tech. was on time and very courteous. The Tech also takes time to explain the cleaning process. The carpet came very clean. The result final exceeded my expectation.
Technician was very helpful, prior to the start of the job ,he explained what the job would entail and what I could expect when the job was finished,as well as the total price.He was knowledgeable,through in his work. Not the least --the time schedule was met.
