The carpet is clean the people were great and professional. The one thing I question is the travel charge, that was never mentioned in any of the conversations.

Fortunately the crew was in the area and took out the spots plus clean an other room------ carpets look like great! I am a very very happy cousttumer. Thanks so much

Ed did a very good job cleaning the rugs. I am not completely satisfied with the results but my carpet is almost white (color) and is 18 years old.
