I am never disappointed with the results. My carpets always look brand new after cleaning, even the really dirty areas. I also like that there is no chemical smell and they dry really fast.

The carpets in my home and business have been cleaned many times and have never looked this good. Ed was the tech that did the work. He explained the process and gave recommendations and suggestions thoughtfully and professionally.
The technician was very personable and helped me to better understand the purpose the purpose of the scotch guard.
Other processes we have used will only superficially clean some stains. The stains remain in the lower level of the carpet and then "reappear". Your process completely cleans the stain, so it doesn't "reappear"
