I liked that Zerorez acted on my feedback. The first cleaning was not done very well but Zerorez sent someone out to address my issues and they did a great job.

A week before Christmas we had a party at our house and someone spilled red wine on my light colored carpet, then tried to clean it up which made it worse. I called Zerorez and they were able to come out a few days later. I was not sure they would get the stain out, but they did! You cannot tell anything was ever spilled there. The technicians were so pleasant and responsive. They did an excellent job!
