I have used zerorez many times. The techs are punctual, listen to what I want done, don't dilly dally.
I like the fact that you use only water and no chemicals that would leave odors. The
technician was very efficient and polite and on time. Except for the fact that I have

The carpets are much cleaner than our last carpet cleaner and there is no fragrance and the carpets were not as wet as our other cleaner. The fragrance was bad for both of us because we both have allergies and suffered from the fragrance.
