I recently had the grout in my bathroom cleaned, and it came out white again like new. The Zerorez guy showed up on time and worked efficiently and quickly to complete the job. I also had the grout resealed, so I will have to wait to see how long that will last.

This never happened to me in my life. Only in restaurants. If a service over and
about what is expected, it might be a client's decision. I can tell you it happens very
rarely.
The guy has a second job helping elderly people in the evening to provide enough
for his family. YOU MUST PAY HIM MORE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND NOT TO RELY ON
ON ME, WHEN I AM ALREADY PAYING A LOT, EVEN WITH THE SO CALLED
DISCOUNT.

From the moment Alejandro arrived promptly to our place until he left, he was both professional & personable! He immediately warmed up to our dog Lulu (who barks at everyone) & even showed us his own, adorable doggy photo. He worked extra hard to get a couple of tough spots out & when he left, our 2 rooms of carpet sparkled! They truly looked like the day they were installed 7 yrs ago. It was well-worth the $$ & drying time to do our LR area rug, too… (which is the rug that our grand dog finds an attractive place to pee.) One extra perk — My experience after a carpet cleaning is usually smelling a musty, unwelcoming odor from the chemicals used… Not this time! Not only did the carpets LOOK spectacular, the SMELLED really clean!! NO icky, musty, chemical odor!! And they dried in a snap! Thank you ZeroRez & Alejandro, for a terrific-overall, carpet-cleaning experience!!! We’ll DEFINITELY recommend ZeroRez to others!! The won’t disappoint!!!

My carpets were beyond dirty! Had heard about your company for years & finally able to have them professionally cleaned. Your tech Jason Palmer called to advise arrival time & actually arrived a little early. Went over everything before starting. Was efficient and took the time needed to do things properly with a couple of very difficult rooms. I knew they needed to be done again and found myself able to do so much earlier then I thought. I again scheduled to have things done--asking only for Jason and though headquarters found it a bit strange to ask again so soon he again arrived to re-do a couple of rooms-removing even more dirt. (wish I had taken a picture) He also did another room which had horrible spots and the difference is amazing. I still have a couple of rooms with carpet to be done (my house is very large) and then I can start on the wood floors. I will arrange to only have your company come to my house and will have no problem referring you to others. You prices are very reasonable and your availability it extremely good. Living on the coast, I have had a difficult time finding someone who would even come here. Only 1 small complaint--your 800 people need some more training. The website doesn't really let you book what is needed and when asking for Mr Palmer was told he only did air ducts--true for the first appt I requested but not correct.

1) the customer service is excellent from phone service staff who answer and handle calls, to staff who replied to online email messages in such a timely way, to the two service technicians who we've now experienced both outstanding in their demeanor, and their hard work and their individual investment in pride of their work outcome. Terrific! And such a relief compared to so many poor service situations that waste customers time and reduce customers quality of life. This is the polar opposite of those unfortunately all too common service experiences. ZeroRez provided us excellent service all around.
2) love the carpet cleaning. The carpeting feels so renewed, fresh, and clean. Not clean looking but with a residue feeling. Really cleaned. And the whole house smells so much better without smelling perfumed. Love that so much.
You send email or text notices frequently to remind customer about date and time of appointment. Clean calls to say they are x minutes away from your home.
The cleaner is kind and friendly. The shampooing and cleaning is quick and thorough.
The price is right. The company seems very organized about follow thorough.
The rugs are nice and clean. I've used ZeroRez numerous times and have never had a problem but only excellent service.
